Cyber Smart Fish
Today for cyber smart I made a sea of fish with google draw and shapes here is mine.
Native Bird Kahoot
For C.R.T (cool rise team) we did a New Zealand native birds Kahoot I learnt that Hoiho means noise shouter.
Kea (mountain parrot) nest on the ground and did you know that the fantail eat most small bugs that fly.
I thought it was quite fun because it was cool to look at all the pictures that other kids have drawn and the questions kids have thought of.

Did you know that the Cicada is the loudest animal in the world their around 107 loud that is just quieter than a chainsaw at 110 decibels
When adults, Cicadas have big red eyes, 6 legs and thin membrane wings. They are 2-5 cm.
Cicada’s first start out as eggs when they hatch they are then called Nymphs as a Nymph they spend 13-15 years underground eating the sap from the roots of the tree, the north american Cicada spend 17 years underground and only a couple weeks as an adult.
When the Nymph first comes up it will climb a tree to molt into its adult skin Once it’s finished shedding its skin it will have thin membrane wings it needs to fly. Next it will try to attract a mate. The mails will make a high pitch sound with their timble they have one on Either side of their body. How they make this sound is the timble it is made up of thin and thick pieces of membrane.
When the thick pieces of membrane knock together it will make a high pitch screeching sound. The female Cicadas make a clicking noise by flicking their wings; they do this to tell a male cicadas that they’re there. Did you know If You click your fingers together near a mail cicada they will go towards your fingers. Once The cicada has found a mate they will go and have babies.

Today we finished our wire art it took 4 weeks here are the steps it took to make it and then you can have a go
things you will need
1. Wire (make sure it is not to hard to bend)
2. paper
3. wool
steps
- draw your design on a piece of paper
- get wire and start to bend your design this will take a couple tries
- rap it with string
- now you are done
